Rhizobium radiobacter is a significant causal agent that ranks among the top ten bacteria of molecular plant pathology in world, has largest range hosts pathogenic bacteria, and limits production leads to economic losses agriculture. The distinctive feature from other Ti plasmid, extrachromosomal structure present all virulent types. In this study, virulence five R. isolates (1A, 1B, 2A, 2B RK 473) isolated different rootstocks was tested carrot slices, squash fruits, kalanchoe leaves, tomato sunflower seedlings, GF677, M9 MM106 rootstocks, hypersensitive response tests were conducted tobacco plant. diagnosed with biochemical physiological by classical methods.
